Pain Bagnat

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 bulkie roll
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 leaves of green salad
- 3 slices of tomato
- 3 leaves of basil
- 3 slices of a boiled egg
- 3 slices of cucumber
- 3 slices of green pepper
- 1 sliced radishe
- 1 little sliced oignon
- 3 ou 4 anchois (if you like it)
- A few pitted black olives
- A few pieces of canned tuna
- salt and black pepper to taste
- Vinegar and olive oil
Directions:
Cut the bread in two, lenghwise
Rub the garlic clove on the bread
Moisten lightly with the vinegar and heavily with the oil
Salt and pepper the bread
Place 1 or 2 leaves of lettuce on eitherside of bread
Add all the ingredients
Leave the finished sandwich in the fridge for few minutes and enjoy it well chilled.
