Chop chocolate and mix with milk, and butter in
saucepan or microwavable bowl.
Melt over low heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in egg yolks and orange zest.
Beat egg whites with salt in large bowl until stiff (do not underbeat).
Fold carefully beaten egg whites into chocolate mixture.
Pour into a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
